    During a physical in 1998 before starting college, I weighed 225. Today, 17 years later I weigh 223 and still losing. This definitely a life changing journey!

      Thanks @jane13! I'm trying, lol. I weighed myself this morning... 221! I never post my new weight until it has stuck for at least 2 days. So you are the first to know! I'm still working me, and trying to get there. I still haven't changed my goal from 199. I'm just dying to get there! Lol.
