I had to find order in the midst of the chaos within my mind. I had gained alot of weight and i knew it was time for me to look within and find the strength to start exercising. So i responded by just walking and learning how to change the story that i would tell myself each day before i knew it after 3 years i lost 70pounds found a new dr and then most recently i had the gastric sleeve soon i will post picture of then and now. As soon as i figure that out lol
