I can't help with the fb group but id like to say i was sleeved on 25 March and am down 23kgs to date. Feeling wonderful! I do go to the gym 4 times a week and some weeks dont see any change on the scale. This week ive had almost a 3kg loss. Best decision ive ever made. Half way there!!

I have been very slow to lose weight at the start too. I lost 2.5kg whilst in hospital after the surgery but since being home from hospital (2.5 weeks now) I've only lost another 2kg. I spoke with my dietician yesterday who said it's very normal, especially in women to lose weight slower. Still makes me a little sad. At least it's not a gain though. -

I had my sleeve performed on 25 March 2015 and since going home from hospital I have only lost 1kg. I lost 7kg in my pre op diet and 2kgs while in hospital. I'm still in the fluid stage and am not having anything I shouldn't be, drinking 1 litre of water a day. What am I doing wrong? I haven't been able to speak to the dietitian due to Easter and him only working two days a week. I'm very depressed as I thought it would be faster than this. -
