I'm I'm the same boat as well, I have hypothyroid and my surgery is 4/13/2015. I'm afraid I may not lose quickly either. We just have to follow the plan and hope for the best -
Hey, My surgery is April 13 and I was told to go on a clear liquid diet a day before. I been drinking Proteins shakes about once a day now and sometimes I dont. I had the lapband put in 2011 and removed 2014 and even at that point I didn't have to go a preop liquid diet. Some Drs are different.
