I am a 66yr old female who had a VGS in October last year. Due to a stricture in my sleeve I have been unable to eat and drink much and have had a feeding tube in place since December. I did not progress past sipping water after the operation and can now manage small amounts of yoghurt bad soup. I have had a number of Endoscopies with Dilation but these have not been successful. I am now being advised to have a Gastric Bypass. I have found reading the posts on this forum very interesting and look forward to being able to use the advice given by others who have had WLS.
