5 days post op im tired of broths can I have a coffee but its not decaf with a little 2percent milk and some sugar in the raw

Well to start I was wanting the surgery for about 3 years , and 3 years ago I checked on the By pass I really hadnt heard of the lap band... my insurance said I didnt weigh enough... SO that was that I decided not to any more... then last year in february or so I had a misscariiage that was my second one , my doctors told me I needed to loose weight... so there I was my crazy selkf looking into getting this done.. I remember telling my owner one day that I wanted this surgery and he told me you are crazy i cant beleive that you would think like that ... SO about a year or so after he told me that Insurace wouldnt pay I was off too vhecking it out in mexico I believe I checked on it in march and by april 12th I was banded... As for work I told one very close employee friend... and a few my of my personal friends famliy and husband knew , I told them I was having bladder surgery... And then My Cell phone does owrk in Mexico and a fEw people called to check on me and it rings different so a few people got wonderring what is she doing in mexico , (the ring is different when you are in mexico) so when I took off 3 weeks because I didnt have a vacation for 6 years and I figured I would milk it for all its worth.. and for some reason I was in pain the whole time... I had some family probelems when I got the surgery and I was crying alot and the stich on the port came off my doc said that was why.. so now a few coworkers knew when I got back... then I started to loose weight and they ask how, and for a long time i have been telling them I am on a diet.... well now I had a slippage and I had to goto mexico to get everything checked ... and i am on liquid for 4 weeks so now I pretty much told all my emp0loyees, and they are all being so supportive to me right now because I work at a faset food rest and it is so hard to not eat any food when you serve it allday... but i do not regret telling them now .// i should have probably trusted them in the beginning... but my owner still does not know and i will never tell him , if he finds out from someone else oh welll but it wont be me... Sorry for such a long stroy just wanted to get all that out ...

i was banded with dr aheves in april 2007...he is great I loved him.... staff was great ... hospital was great..... couldnt ask for a better doctor

hi there i had the same fear about removing some andput it off with 1.2cc and it slipped now i am on liquids for 4 weeks

hi there my band had some slippage and the doctor said 4 weeks of liquids..... no food at all till i make sure it goes back

my doctor said tommorow i need to get an exray to check for slippage what are the pre exray things to follow... they r in mexico and i need to try to get it over here in the us.. can you not eat or drink after midbight? stuff like that??

well today all i have had is liquids ... i am going to try do that tommorow also... As one says it feels like a tightness in your chest and you have to vomit to relieve the feeling and making my self vomit is how i relive the pain... it is a terrible feeling ...i hate it ... i also dont want to take any out i still have about 20 or so pounds too loose and i dont want it to make me not loose anymore weight... i was banded 7 months ago.... i have vommited countless times since i got the first fill.... i cant figure out what i am doing wrong.. i am chewing well dont drink and eat... i try to be very carefull.... i am going to give it another day on liquids and then go to mushies... is it healty to not eat solids and only eat muchies???

:help:Hi everyone i have been looking at info on fills and i see alot that have 4 or 5 fills and have 5-10 cc's I only filled once 7 months ago at 1.2 cc and i still vomit often i am concerned that i need some taken out but it doesnt seem like i have much in there to begin with ... i am looking for any suggestions ...... i have been vomiting for a about 3 days straight now anything that i put in my stomach i am so confused with this i keep thinking to drive to mexicali and get some taken out .... i mean my fills are included for life with what i payed for my surgery so that is not the issue i am afraid to take some out , cause i think that i wont loose any more weight and of course i dont want that.... but i afraid to slip the band by vommiting too much.... any body out there can help me would be great . I would really appreciate it ... mer.bmp

i am curious if anyone on here weres a gurttle and doesnt vomit alot if they are wearing it... i wore it the first 6 months and i vommited alot i thought one day it might be my problem, and i think it was w stopped vommiting for about 2 weeks now.... just curious if anyone else has this problem!! I know the bad thing is that I am awake when i fo it also... it is how i think i got in the weight probelem i got into was eating at night and going to bed again.... half the time i will be eating it and i will fall asleep with it in my hands and my husband gets so aggravated with all the crumbs that get in the bed..... i need to lock the foood up at night or have omething in the fridge remind me not to eat!!!
