Im leaving for the hospital in 30 min. Have to be there at 7 . Im excited . What is the saying ? This is the first day of the rest of your life. I've. Given all my fear to the Lord and know Im in his hands.

What did you eat your first few days home

Im 3 days out and i have an aughful pain on my left side. Feels like burning.

My pain med are liquid.Should it count. Ad liquid LOL

Im home. I can have pudding. Creamed soup pop cycles my protein drink. Stuff like this for 2 weeks.

If my oxygen level stays put I can go home. I have learned take your pain meds. I didn't think I needed them. Boy was I wrong

Well its 24 hours and other than discomfort im good.

Tomorrow is the day. I have to be at the hospital at 7am. Today all clear liquid. Each min going to seem like an hour. -
I dont have my surgery until Monday but with all I'm seeing gas x strips are helpful.

I have 4 more days of protein shakes and liquids. 1 day of nothing but liquids and than my new life surgery. There are times when I was tempted. But so far I'm making it . Good luck to all the new comers.

Ive been on pre op diet for a week and haven't Lost much. I don't know why makes me kind of scared.

I know I said this before but I'm going to be sleeved June 15. and it's just a few days away and I'm getting really really excited. I will be going on my first cruse in about a year. What a way to get motivated for a better new life. It's been a long process but I've learned alot. I'm so grateful that I found this sight. To all the June sleevers out there. Good Luck God Bless !

I have family members that have had bypass and always have problems. I have friends and friends of friends that have lap band. 3 out of 4 have problems. I spent 2 years researching the sleeve. My surgery is set for the 15 of this month. -
