My first initial visit with Dr. Michael Orris and the WLIA staff was very professional and thorough. The staff took their time to go over all my questions and explain how the process is for my procedure with the lapband. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew exactly what was involved. I feel really good about my first interaction with them and plan to move forward with the next step in my journey.

At my consultation Dr. Orris and Dr. DeBarros at WLIA (Weight Loss Institute of AZ) were very thorough going over fianancing. They went over what my insurance would cover and not cover in network and out of network. I felt the staff really goes out of there way to help you finance your procedure and look for the most fesibleroute that will benefit you. They also answered various questions I had regarding working with my insurance and how things would be processed and how they would be covered. I plan on moving forward with them at this time.

My first initial visit with Dr. John DeBarros staff was awesome. They were very thorough and friendly. They didn't rush over anything and answered all the questions that I had. I was made at ease and felt I made the correct choice moving forward with WLIA.
