Super Nurses With Sleeves (Support Group)

Hello! I am RN in Oregon. I am a Nurse Case Manager/Discharge Planner in a hospital. I was sleeved on March 17th. No problem with N/V/D or pain. Some problems with constipation. I know I need to drink more water and walk more. My goal is 100 # and I am down 17 since surgery. Best wishes for everyone on their journey to better health! Hello! I am RN in Oregon. I was sleeved on March 27th. I would love to keep in touch with others sleeved around the same time. I have a goal of 100 lbs. I am down 17 since surgery. No problem with nausea or pain. Some constipation. I know I'm not drinking enough water. I have been slowly adding new soft foods but seem to resort to a shake to keep my protein up.
