Raleigh, NC here . . . I've received all of my healthcare from Duke. I started this health debacle with cancer back in 2011. I had a reoccurance in 2012. I developed all types of health issues that stemmed from the cancer. HBP, diabetes, depression, anxiety, menopause, etc. etc. I thought I was ready 2 weeks ago . . . and now I'm finding out that my PCP didn't complete my paperwork properly . . .so now I may have to do another 4 consecutive visits. I've livid.
