    I'm in! I just got back into town Sunday night and found this challenge. The Memorial Day challenge was great for me so I know this one will keep me motivated too!! Goal weight is 189. I'll get the starting weight in the morning. Thanks for doing this!!

  7. Biotene mouth spray. It was a life saver. It is a gel like product that keeps your mouth moist. I was so thirsty the first few days and it was the only thing that helped.

    So disappointed

    I understand exactly how you feel! I am super slow at losing weight too. My doc says I am an inches girl instead of a pound girl (not that it makes me feel any better, lol, especially when I see people in my group dropping weight like crazy!) You and I have very similar stats. I was SW 235 DOS 229 CW 205.2. I have been at 205.2 for 2 weeks now and it is very disappointing. However, I have gone down two pants sizes (started at an 18 and am now in a 14 this week) so I know I am losing. I seem to be losing it all in my bottom half, lol. I think it is true that the more weight you have to lose, the faster it comes off. I would love to stay in contact with you since we are so similar, if you like, and just see how we progress.
