1 year out down 80lbs. But I swear to god it is nearly impossible to drop anything. I started at 295 down to 215. I'm 5"10. The last 4 months I've only lost 4lbs. And I work out 3 times a week. Just seems like my body is like your done. And is making me be like I've gone as far as I can. anyone else having similar issues?

Probably right about food intake and protein. Because I went on cruise and had 3 meals a day and went I came back was afraid to weigh in but i was surprised and lost 3lbs. Before I was busting my butt off and couldn't lose more then .5 I know I'm not getting 100 grams maybe 50-70.

I would say I'm around 800 to 1,400 a day

I play roller hockey 1 night a week and go to gym for about 45 mins mostly treadmill or eliptical. I'm not out of shape I can run a mile in about 7:50. I work with adults with mental disabilities so it's like a desk type learning environment. A typical food day would be a junior roast beef from wawa about a 4 inch sandwich. Then maybe baked chips small 140 calorie bag. Dinner is always diffrent. Chili, stew ,eggs etc. Sometimes I get breakfast sometimes not

Ty.just natural to compare..just hope I can hit 100 by 1 year mark....that was my goal. Running out of time lol

I'm only down 77lbs from surgery....started at 297. Not doing nearly as good as some of you. But I am band to sleeve revision so that might make a difference idk....

Dr Ortiz is a good dr. That's who did mine. It was around 8,000

Started at 295. 270 at surgery. Im almost five months out and only at 229. Been stuck here for 3 weeks. Was stuck at 240's for about 3 weeks too......soooooo annoyed

I think I will try packing lunch. Easier to keep track. Ty for advise

im 5"10. And its certainly is discouraging...I know im complaining about losing like 70lbs. But 20 was before surgery. I usually eat portion size of about half a sandwich but I would say my pouch holds between 4=8 ounces Depending on day. I havent been counting calories religiously but estimate between 900=1300. But im up at 7am till 11pm so its a long day lol.....ughhhh...idk

I havent been taking any Vitamins 4 months out.... I just started taking Centrum Multivitamins gummys cause ive been lacking energy. Its says to take two a day. Just wondering if anyone else takes them or similar? And if I should take more then two.... Ps. Before you say ask ur doctor, I had surgery in Mexico so I dont have easy access to dr

Started at 295. Pre surgery loss was 20 lbs which had me at 270lbs before. Had surgery march 23rd. 3 months out and am at 233.8 which puts me down 36.2 lbs after surgery. Alittle discouraged by after surgery loss so far. So down 61.2lbs total. I know I liked reading others results early out to know if I was doing bad or good. Lol

Yeah I know everyones are different and I completely understand some people lose Fast. Think it's just human nature to compare

Wow stats are so similar and looks like weight loss pace is going to end up around same as me for 3 months out.

Can I ask what u started at stats wise lost before surgery. And weight day of surgery

Why would my ability to drink milk change? I used to love milk. Now I cant tolerate it it gives me stomach aches....confused and alittle pissed

Almond milk dont sound to bad maybe ill try that........tryed ice cream ohhhh boy never again lol...

Same here cheese is no problem. Neither is yogurt....go figure

Im two months out and im hitting 1000 calories a day now. I lost quickly first month and have only lost 6 second month.... but it is ur body adapting to everything.....dont stress. Trying miving mire around I know its hard with energy

Ok so I had some tuna. Tasted great had about 3 ounces im almost 3 weeks out. Felt full so I stopped. Then followed slight nausea feeling. Then I dont know how else to say it but I blew up the bathroom with bowl movements more then I have since surgery. Not sure what happened. But im terrified of tuna lmao

Okay so I am three and a half weeks out from surgery at two and a half weeks I felt great I can pretty much eat what I'm supposed to eat at this point but there is pressure that I feel around the belly button region and below it feels like there's pressure on my urine bladder.... Was thinking about going to ER. but trying to tough it out not sure what it is. when I lay on my side or a little on my stomach there is relief. and I wake up almost feeling normal. but then about an hour after walking around it comes back and gets worse as the day goes on. can anyone help

The only time I think I could of hurt it. Is when my daughter fell and I sat up super quick to see what happened. Felt a twinge from that. But didnt think anything of it really

It feels like its through belly button. There are two incisions one to right and left of belly button. But it's hard to tell because it resonates all around and feels like pressure on urine bladder. I had surgery in mexico. No insurance lmao karma I guess. I called them they said take advil ....gee thanks advil really?

I cant stomach them and was wondering if I was only one given these cause I have not heard of them. Its a mexico name calledinhibitron f
