Hi ChrysChry89 You can do it!! Stay focused and keep the end goal in mind. When I feel hungry I'll read success stories or look at before and after pictures for motivation. My doctor has me on a one week diet consisting of 2 Protein shakes and 1 sensible meal with SF Jello, SF pudding or SF Popsicles as a snack. Today is my 6th day into the diet. It's rough at times. It seems that everywhere I look I see pictures of food or advertisements of food. One week from today on Monday April 6th is when I go on a 48 hour all liquid diet before surgery.
