I just need to know what to expect regarding loose skin with a 40-45 KG to lose. Is it really something that no one can avoid? Or does it require a specific amount and type of workout? Does everybody get it or does it depend on age and other factors? I am so worried I'll be happy with the weight loss but miserable about how my skin looks like.

Hi all, I am scheduled to have the sleeve surgery after one month from today. I was wondering if you guys can help me with some of the questions I have as I am really concerned about a few points. Particularly loose skin and pain duration after surgery. I am currently playing between 102 and 105 KG, my goal weight is between 55 and 60 KG. Any advice? Thanks
