    Why Am I Dropping Weight So Slowly?

    Can you help me? I take in 80-100 grams of Protein a day, speed walk on the treadmill for 1/2 to 45 min a day and incorporate some chicken, veg & fruit, and get all my Water plus some in. I am not losing how I think I should be. Any suggestions, corrections?Have you talked to your NUT? You may just be on a normal stall.Not yet, was just seeing if what I'm taking in is what everyone else is, thanks

  12. I feel the same way, sleeved 4/20/15 and have lost 60lbs so far. Thought I would have lost more, but feel great.

    I was told to up my calories to 800 to 1000 if working out at the gym. Your body needs nutrients

    Protein intake

    I had difficulty with the protein as well. I now use pure protein (chocolate ) with unsweetened almond milk, pb2, and sometimes a half of a banana. Very good, not that sweet. I didn't like the premier shakes, too sweet. Good luck!
  17. I had a big problem with protein and shakes. I now use pure protein chocolate with unsweetened almond milk and some pb2. It's really good and has 25 grams per scoop.

  19. Breakfast - Protein shake 35grams Snack -Greek yogurt 12 grams lunch - chicken or shrimp Snack - 2% cheese stick or protein shake dinner - chicken, pork, shrimp and green veggie Total of 80-90 grams a day, plus my Water I also exercise daily
