    When you go for your 6 month post op doctor visit and none of the staff recognizes you. When the medical assistant can draw blood from your arm because they can find a vain. When they tell you you have perfect blood pressure.

    @@wmidhope the complements and clothing size dropping. I never deprive myself of nothing. I just prep it diffrent. Everything grilled or broiled.

    Here it is 310lbs start weight to 210 in 3 months( on the 29th) Lots of walking and alot of meat protein. Thank God for my sleeve, it saved my life. No more sleep apnea, no more high blood pressure, no more diabetes.

  9. Well I was sleeved June 29th 2015. I went from a tight 44 jeans to wearing a 38 today. I have to give away so much things. I will hopefully get clearance for the gym Tuesday. I wish I would have done this year's ago.

    Lmao. I'm sorry. If you feel like you can go for it. Listen to your body. If you feel any strain on your abdomen stop and make sure you stay hydrated. Have fun.

    Diet is key. If your not loosing the weight try upping your calorie intake. 600 to 1000 cal a day and working out you should be okay.
