hi every one!! so i always had the flu shot, after a year ad few months after my surgery i went to get it and now i gotten 2 colds with bad cough, maybe it was not a good idea since we weaker immune system
Sorry you are dealing with colds. Had a flu shot 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten a cold. I wasn't aware I have a weakened immune system from being sleeved. Eating well and taking vitamins should help.
yeah is hard for me to take vitamins i was trying the patches but i also have to remember to put them on, i have to work harder on that. hope ur shots goes better than mine. Thanks
