I was only 8 days out and I think it was the sugar or the watermelon meat that went in my new tummy and it didn't like it :/ -
I'm very new my self had mine on 3/23 and I've found lots of great support and information by just reading different post.. Good luck in ur journey and welcome to the club of a new healthy life!

Before i had the WLS I did ask my insurance if they will cover any cosmetic surgery after it and they said yes because the company I work for required our insurance to have that. I got lucky in that part because they covered my WLS 100% and if I need any other cosmetic surgery it will be the same!! -
I was told the same I can chew gum as long as I don't swallow it!!

Same here is not low it goes very high my surgery was 3/23 today I had a check up to see why my blood pressure and heart beat goes so high out of nowhere he did all type of test and everything came out normal he think is still stress from the surgery I hope is the same for u but in the lover part of the heart beat

I have have my period and that might have my hormones going crazy too and feel fatigue from it so Is not helping either and it could be a big part of why today was a hard day I'll see if I can check things out Thanks -

I just had my WLS on 3/23 and been on my cycle this few days does it make u feel more tired and sicker? That would explain why today was a hard day -

It was 3/23. And yeah I just drank a protein ready shake and gave me enough energy to take a shower and hope for a better tomorrow Thanks for all the kind words -

Nice congrats I was 216.6 yesterday and I'm 216 today lol I need to stop weighting my self everyday 8days out and going to my surgeon for a fallow up keep it up!!
