Problem eating phase 3 puree food

My doctor says if I eat too fast or too much I will have pain high blood pressure and feel sick to the point to vomit so she said take one bite put it away and come back later for it don't need to rush it -
Went to my NUT today I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and she told me the same thing since I'm having a hard time finding a Protein shake I like

Same day as me and yes I cry like a baby sometimes too but I have a chronic back pain and I'm hoping this helps to relieve the pain once I lose the weight!! Thanks for the words anytime darling happy healing to u! Same to u!! -
My mom had the lap band and she had hers removed 2 yrs later so I guess it happen with any WLS

I had the same problem it lasted like 5 days they did my leak test in surgery so I guess it could happen at any time!! It will get better -

It took me a few days before I was able to pass gas don't stress it will come keep walking and it will help for it to happen The broth at the hospital was the worst I tasted ever the one my mom made one it was so much more delicious! -
So when I started reading here it was thru the App and I find it easy today I tried the web version and I will admit I'm a bit lost lol but will figure it out!! ????????

So today I started in my solids so far so good but I've notice that when I feel full I get that feeling for a while and then I tried eating a SF Popsicle and it installing made me feel better. Has anyone experience the same thing?

I just read how many you have to take and I went to read the bottle and the calcium ones say 4 at day lol I was only doing one oops :/ well now I know but thank God my multi is only one! -

Yes right before surgery I got so ill they had to put the surgery on Hold until I stop throwing up so yes I've been there but it will be ok . Hope it went well -

Almost left when I read what everyone was talking about writing etiquette since English is my second language as a new person here posting something I almost felt judge by others but like my weight I didn't let it get to me. I have UHC after I already met my $300 deductible it was cover 100% I only had to pay my doctors "fees" $250 and $200 for over night stay at the hospital. Good luck on the new journey!!

Today was not easy at all ;( couldn't get any fluids in and felt sick because of it and at some point just started to cry is only been 9 days and I felt guilty but I pry that tomorrow will be a Better day.

I'm 2 weeks and everyday is an adventure to see how u feel I've found that if u take the protein shake and vitamins in the morning it helps a lot I go back to work tomorrow and will see how it goes!! It will get better is hard for me to even go to the store and smell of food makes me sick still so will see how long that last too!! I'm with Ya on this. Good luck we will be ok -

My biggest surprise was the 5 incision I have in my stomach I thought it was only going to be 3 ????. Other thank that is going well so far got to learn a new leaving and think that's the hard part! -
