Yesterday was my daughters 5th bday and I'm happy to say I did not cheat even tho we had all kinds of goodness we have the strength to say no!! We are strong!!

So today for some crazy idea I took a tiny piece of watermelon and sucked the juice out of it and I think some piece went down to my stomach ever since I feel like I can't breath until a bit a go and got nausea and had to vomit (tmi sorry) so if it helps anyone that's only 8 days post op don't do it it sucks! ???????? ????

My doctor said since we are not eating much all we have is acid that our stomach produces they told me to try over the counter stuff but if every food gave me heart burn they will put me in different medication to stop producing that much acid. My surgery was 3/23 and still have it

I had my surgery 3/23 trying to eat now i will have some Of the dumping symtoms but now i know what does it and i wont eat them again a big advice my doctor gave me was to eat slow it will help. -

I did for the first two weeks then it went away but then again i have a Mirena And my ob-gyn said it was ok after surgery ... Still talk to a doctor if u can every female body is different. -

So today I got the alpine punch and is ok so far I see what everyone means about the after taste but so far is better than the protein shakes!!

I didn't get sick until 4 days after my surgery that nausea is so bad even today and I'm 4 days from a month of having my surgery we will be ok but I love how my cloth is so loose on me Hang in there!

Went to doctor on Monday and I asked him why my blood pressure will go thru the roof every time I ate and she explain to me that I have to learn how to eat slow and man this has been a challenge :/
