i have trouble swallowing big pills my multivitamins are chewable, if they are too big a break them in half or see if it is available in liquid form -

I hope this works this is me before surgery in March 08 at 270 lbs. and me a few days ago at 223lbs. I still have a long way to go but I like what I am starting to see. me @ 270.bmp -

I take the bodypump classes at American Family Fitness. It's a good mainly becaue you can control how much weight you use. I also LOVE BodyJam!!!!!:thumbup:

How many fills / ccs before you feel restriction...

Ihave the realize band too. I'm at 8.5 cc, I started to feel restriction at 8 ccs. -
Help! I feel discouraged after 4 fills I still have very little restriction!

I have a 9cc band and I did not start to feell restriction and consistantly lose weight until I got to 8cc's. Today I got my fifth fill and I'm at 8.5 cc's hoping to stay here for a while because I can really feel the restriction. So I should be good. -
I had to give up all those same foods too, but I guess it's a sacrifice!

Today I just got my 5th fill and I think it maybe too tight but I am going to wait then after weekend I'm on liquids and tried some soup and it ended up in the toilet. I'm at 8.5 cc's.

My surgery was April 18th and I've only had one fill and I've lost 25 so far so looks like your doing great!

I got my first fill with the Realize band and it was 3 1/2 cc's.
