    I had a bad day yesterday so I did nothing, but I think I'll do Zumba before I go to bed tonight!

  9. Hi ladyT,

    It was a long process for me, but once I started to feel restriction it became much easier. I do wish I had started to work out and a stricter diet and I would have been much closer to my goal. But I am very happy where I am now and wil continue to work hard to get to my goal by fall. Don't be afraid of the surgery I got myself allworked up about it and it was easy as pie and 6 hours later I was at home!

    Saturday I did Chalene extreme she kicked my bootay. Today took a 30min interval class and will be doing Chalene Extreme in the evening. Pray for me folks LOL!

    Walked on the treadmill this afternoon, will do weights in the evening at home.
  16. I get the pain shot. I didn't before because there was no pain, but now for some strange reason she's having a problem finding my port and that sucks so now I get the shot lol :-)
