well these only have at the most 12 carbs per serving and about 110 calories. I'm scared to buy it and find out it's nasty.

Praise the Lord everyone, I am at the start of my journey. I have my first counsoltation with my surgean on Jan 31st. I looking forward to that, I have a sleep study to go to on Jan 8th. There's a very good chance I may have sleep apnes and I'll be gald to get the help I need because a girl needs her beauty sleep. Well I hope to get some responses and meet more of God' s beautiful people! God Bless
