I can only drink water if it has Crystal light in it. I don't like plain water.

Awe, I'm sorry. I watch "Big Medicine" on TV a lot ans this seems to be very common among us women. I wonder if there is someting we can do to stop our boobies from shrinking. I've already had a breast reduction, I don't want more shrinkage.

Hi Chell, I Haven't been banded yet either, but I can tell you from being on here that I have gotten so much information. More than I would have gotten on my own. You came to the right place!

You have to make whatever decision that is right for you. Get knowledge on both and pray ask God. He will guide you to the right decision.

My husband has always complained about my snoring but one night he keeped waking me up and he said I stopped breathing and it scared him. Before I got out of the military my doctor suggested that I might have it but I never botherd to get tested because it did not sound serious to me. But Now I have been noticing that no matter how early I go to sleep I still wake up at night and I fall asleeo at work or even while driving. I'm thinking about going to my doctor to get tested or should I wait and get tested with the lap band surgean? Can anyone with sleeo apens tell me if it sounds like I have it? Is it serious? Should I go see my Doctor now?:help::help::help:

So my doctor called with my sleep results. I have severe obstruction apnea. I stopped breathing 353 times that's about 52 times an hour. That's very scary! So next Monday I have to go back and do the study with the CPAP machine.

Oh wow that's sucks I hat those I hope I don't have to do a questionaire.

Hello everyone, My name is Kara, I have not been banded yet but I am in the process. I have been wanting this for two years. Last year God blessed me with a beautiful baby girl. So I could not do it then but now I am ready. I have my first counseltation with the surgean on Jan. 31st. I would like to be banded before June, is that a realistic goal?:cry

Wow it must very from state to state because my insurance only requires that I have a 40 BMI or 35 with medical issues. But I am getting a sleep study done on my own. I think a have sleep apnea and I need to get treated right away.

I've spolied myself I nly drink crystal light too. Maybe try a flavored water that has just a hint of fruit flavor.

IndioGirl, You make alot of sense and put me into reality. I have not been banded yet but I had this idea in my head that this will fix everything.
