Am 3 weeks after my sleeve operation and am always affraid from increasing my stomach size back again which makes me always afraid from the size of the portion i had really i dont know how to judge on the portion

Blerdgirl you are totally write my dictor gave me that medication and i didnt know whats the need of it so i wasnt taking it right way now i understand that and i will follow taking it maybe its not that am hungry but its the acidity cause if i took low fat milk i can survive without feeling hungry or even drink water fir more than 5 hours after it

The point that i was one of the pepole eating too much and a lot per day suddenly now i have to feel that am not hungry and this is really hard

No protein at all i will start protein after the 35 days

He told me for the first 35 days only soup, fresh juice like apple and watermellon and low fat milk with any tea coffee or even herbs but when i drink or take soup i feel that i can take more sometimes i feel hungry so i take juice or even some cheese

Hi every body, i had my surgery on 3rd march in jordan and now i feel little bit hungry am still in the liquid diet and i feel confused and worry about increasing of my stomach size any advices
