I'm pretty much done losing weight. I'm one year out this week. I'm now just trying to tone up after all the weight loss. Thank you

Just wanted to see if anyone has taken Catalyst from Advocare after their gastric sleeve. I use to take a lot of their products before surgery. Now I'm only interested in the catalyst to help gain muscle. Please give me your imput if you take it.

I was wondering about the Catalyst from Advocare. Has anyone taken that product?

My husband and I had our gastric sleeves done the same day. He went first and I went last. Along with my sister and sister in law. Had it done In Tijuana April 2015. Our one year is coming up. Best decision we made!
