    Caffeine....

    I am 52 EVERYTHING I drink makes me pee. I pee about every 1 1/2 hours. And I work for a urologist. Water intake=urine output. So I doubt caffeine could possibly make it any worse. I did drink coffee with caffeine today and all it did was speed me up. No acid so I guess for me it was ok. Just once I a while. Lol not everyday.

    When did you STOP losing weight?

    I am 7 months out. It was a hard transition for me to quit losing. No I didn't stop on purpose but I was at goal. And now have been maintaining for about a month plus or minus in the 1-2 pound range. I am 5'9 and weigh 142.

    My Crazy Pills

    My anti depressant and anxiety meds were cut in half. She wanted me to try it without them. I said NOPE! I have a very stressful job, that is the only place I have stress in my life and I just cannot try to gt rid of it yet!
  6. So I have been either at or below my goal for nearly a month. For the last three days I have ate just like I did when I was losing weight. I don't know if it's just me or what. My weight will fluctuate anywhere from losing a,little gaining a little staying the same usually day by day. The last three days I have increased, just tiny amounts .2, .4 etc. but even this amount scares me. I feel fat. I am 5'9 and 143. My clothes don't fit any different. I think it's my head. But I also don't think I should gain (even tiny amounts) for three days in a row.s. Does anyone else struggle with this? If my weight increases tomorrow I may freak out. I am very careful not to graze and make sure I get all my water and protein in. I guess I just want to know if anyone goes through this same thing.

    Is it just me or what?

    I am menopausal so I don't get that. I remember when I used to though and it stinks. Thanks for the advice it very well,could be water. I certainly know it's not fat because I eat correctly. But I am sure it's a mind game. I feel if I don't keep a good handle on it everyday (the weighing in) that I will lose control and regain. So for right now I have to keep close tabs on it to keep myself honest. NOT WEIGHING everyday would drive me crazy thinking I am gaining. As of this morning I dropped 1.7 pounds so it was obviously water weight. I need to learn to chill out!

    bowel movements are a no go

    I do eat fruit and vegetables. I can't stomach rounds or prune juice. I have tried everything . I am not uncomfortable it's just like I never have to go and when I do take a laxative there isn't much there.

    Weird pet related question

    My daughter has chihuahua's. Her female is moody and gets "mad" at my daughter is she does something the dog don't like. It's weird. Your puppy may be mad at you for being away. IDK dogs are funny.

    I am 7 months out and in the same situation. I have to take a laxative or it is not happening. I tried smooth move tea that didn't work either.
