I did 7 days clear and now I'm on day 7 of 14 full liquids. I cant stand jello anymore or soups and now kinda gag at the shakes too. Just asking. -
Goodmorning everyone. Im getting ready to head to hospital and get this show on the road!!! Yay . My sis and i are both getting sleeve today. Excited but scared.

Awesome! Mine is also with Dr. Alvarez on May 25th. I do have to do a 4 week pre-op diet (boooo!) but I'm super excited nonetheless! Let me know how it goes after surgery! . My sis and I are may 23 with Dr.Alvarez also. Getting excited!!

Ughh my sister and I started monday so day three and still hard as heck. She has 21 days i only had 10 but decided to do same 21 to try and encourage her we can get through this together. Bad thing....my bday is Friday and my job gets bday cake. Omg!!!! -

Im scheduled for May 23 with Dr. Alvarez and am very happy with the decision of choosing him. Have researched all and have found cheaper, but Im willing to pay extra for peace of mind. I love his youtube videos, every question answered with them. Im so ready for may to get here! Good luck to all!

Readyfor2015 Did u book with Dr.Alvarez? I. Am booked and ready to go end of may. So excited and very happy with my choice in choosing Dr. Alvarez. Yes, a bit more expensive but peace of mind when you feel comfortable is worth the extra $$$. Good luck to all. -

Headed to piedras negras, mexico with Dr a Alvarez. Very excited for it to get here already. Not looking forward to pre op liquid diet. Anyone know where to get different samples before i buy and get stuck with protien powers i don't like???? I watch Dr.A videos on a daily basis and am very happy with this choice I've made. I just love him.

Mine is on may 23 in pierdras negras with Dr Alvarez. A bit pricier but has great reviews and seems safe to go alone. Good luck! I just love his you tube videos. Very informative.

Im on may 23????. Im anxious for it to hurry up but an also getting everything ready, organized and sanitized for my week after to recover in a nice neat home. Doing so much cleaning closets, pantry, my husband said stop throwing good food away. Lol thats my problem now....the food is to good. I just want to be ready when time comes. -

Also have bought 1 of a few other brands to sample including the premium protein from sams before buying a bunch of 1 thing. I just don't want to be wasteful, as I know it can get expensive. And being a self payer means don't go overboard buying things I wont use. -
