I have Cigna and no weight loss requirements- surgeon wants less than the first sappy. But Cigna didn't.

Yes they were not reading the first page which says I started feb18th. They got it now and I'm approved! Today I went to my pre op classes- it's really happening!!!! -

I start mine in the 29th. I hear you just have to focus on the end- and the first 2 days are the hardest but after that your set. I'm praying for strength and will keep connected to this forum! -

Days are going quick! But I have found myself falling back into bad eating habits- saying to myself-"sure I can have a cup of gaucomole and chips- pretty soon I can't." Driving myself nuts! Anyone else? -

you have your hands full for sure. Glad it went well- as far as protein goes I like thePremier protein drinks in vanilla and chocolate. You can get them at Costco- they have strawberry too but I don't care for it. Just keep trying em out- good luck! -

The carbonation is the issue w soda- there won't be room in you stomach - which will be the size of an egg- for the bubbles. Better to ween off it now. Good luck! -

I'm planning a week off and possibly a week working from. Depends on how I feel. I plan on walking a lot as soon as possible. I hear that makes all the difference. And of course hydration.

So I called my insurance co and found out I am currently denied! Something about not meeting the 3month working w dieting- Which is crazy it's actually been almost 4. I called the office and left a message for them to fix and resend. Praying it is okay. Ugh
