Hi Kare.1768! I had my RNY on 2/16 as well. Because I am a girl who is 6ft tall, I was told to get between 100-120g of protein. My liquid intake has to match this as well. My weightloss is averaging about 2-4 pounds a week. I got a little discouraged at first seeing everyone dropping like 20 pounds right off the bat, but I have to remind myself to keep on keeping on. I will say that so far I am able to tolerate all foods so far. No dumping or vomiting. Knock on wood! Congratulations on your loss!
