Hmmmm.....that's why I asked. Sounds exactly like me. I can eat anything - yet I know I shouldn't. It is like I learned how to 'eat around' the band. It's disappointing. I have made a plan for myself, though - and I hope to try to REALLY listen to my body's signals like I should. It's so hard for me to throw away food...isn't that dumb, lol? Oh well....good luck to you. Maybe we'll be posting soon in the "biggest loser' section ,lol....
