It's a tool that help you get control of your eating habits. My weight is coming of slow. I was feeling sorry for myself because I wasn't having that rapid weight lost like others. I would do it again, the thirty pounds that I have lost, remains off. Take this time to research on behavior modification, which will be your challenge and work on your exercise program. Good Luck -

Good luck. Follow your diet and remember your mind will say you are hungry but you are not, it's game. Start exercising as soon as you can. Get up and walk, walk and walk some more -
You are me, I had my VGS on 4/22/15 and I so have lost 30 pounds. My body is fighting me all the way but I will not give up. I feel great, losing inches, attending exercise classes, and weight training. This will be a long journey but I'm up for the ride. My body fat is half my weight. Let's enjoy the ride together and do a 90 plan and see where we will end. Just keep doing you

I agree stay off the scale, your body is doing it's own thing during your cycle any way. You are young. Just keep doing the right things and weigh yourself once a week and allow water weight gain during your cycle. -
