I agree with other users. Try not weighing yourself as often. Plus I measured myself (arms, bust, waist, thighs, hips, etc) early on to help motivate me when I saw changes. I also had my hubby trace my outline on paper. I payed down and he traced my core (bust to hips/legs) to see the changes visually. I plan to retrace on the same paper after 1mth post op to see if there are changes that way. I might not consistently see a lower number on the scale but using these tools, I KNOW my body is shrinking. Keep your head up!
P.s. I was sleeved on March 11th too. Feeling stronger everyday!
