I love this board. So much support! I thought for sure I'd have lost 10 lbs. that stomach they took out had to have weighed a ton (being iron and all).

I had my surgery 5 days ago. More pain than I anticipated, and when I checked my weight after 5 days, I was surprised to see I'd lost no weight. I've eaten nothing for 5 days and lost 0 lbs. know I remember why diets always failed. Guess those IVs are high calorie!

Everything I eat froths up on me. They say that's normal from the swelling. It makes it hard to keep the meds down so I've been in the hospital for 4 days now. I hope to go home soon.
