I love pocket protein. I just pour them into my water. They have two kinds one with 25 grams of protein and the other has 30 grams.

I love Chike protein powders. You can only get them online but they are awesome. You can order a sample pack. I did that first so I would know which ones I liked the best. -

I'm the 24th also. I'm nervous too but honestly just ready for it to be over. -
My surgery is Tuesday and I'm on my period now. I talked with a friend who had the surgery and she started the day of her surgery. ???? I'm praying mine stops before then.
