My name is Kristin and I am 38 years old.  I have twin boys and work full time in the IT field.  I have overwight for as long as I can remember.  I have tried most diets at least once but always seems to put it back on.  I have been thinking about surgery for a few years since my mother had it done.  I have finally gotten to the point where I need to do something now before my weight too out of control. 
 
I am just at the begining stages of this process.  I am having the surgery (if all goes well) at Einstein Medical Center in Elkins Park, PA.  I have met with my Dr and am now in the process of all of my pre-testing and waiting for the insurance clearance. 
 
I am really excited.  Hoping to get everything done by the summertime.  I am sure the closer I get to surgery date, the nerves will set in.  I am just taking it one day at time and trying not to look too far in the future
