I'm 6 months out and I'm down 86 lbs my husband and I had surgery at the same time. He is down 102 lbs. Its been a good journey. I'm not done yet. He doesny need to lose anymore. Blessings of weight loss on U :-) -
Hang in there!!! I promise you it will go by quickly and the next phase of what you can eat will be here before you know it remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel, an this sacrifice is so much worth it

When we couldnt sit on a bus while traveling with a group on a outing. We had to go to the back where the long sit and heat was in mid summer. -
