ok I am at 86 pounds down and I have been on a stall for one month. would starting back on one of my earlier phases work such as eating pureed food like I did during week 4. anybody out there ever went back to one of their for eating phases where you eat less but consume a lot of protein and water and exercise? help this is really starting to get me me down. I have more weight to lose to reach my goal.

I'm doing well . I had my surgery September 2014. also I am 86 pounds down. I have reached a stall but this too shall pass I have no regrets there have been no problems and I am looking and feeling great!!!

I have you my journey started February 2014 my surgery was not on Dale September 2014 a long process. it has been worth the wait no problems no regrets at 88 pounds down so far :-) -
Does anyone know the true facts about soda pop ?why we shouldn't drink it? is it okay to drink it ?can we have just a little? what does it do or doesn't do if anything?

I'm a entering 7 month african american sleever. I am 88 pounds down. surgery was done .September 9th 2014 no problem no regrets. Ur doing great and this journey can be finished and maintained by anyone who wants to look and feel better as well as being good health. -

86 pounds in three months wow you are doing great regardless to what you think you're doing bad. they are on course eat the right foods and the right amount and you do just fine. be encouraged don't go back -
six and a half months out and I'm Stalled. think I'll try the Atkins diet. anybody have any thoughts???

Soooo I'm drinking, exercising, eating 800 calories, drinking protein shakes and my weight loss has come to a halt. Im down 85 lbs since surgery 9/9/2014. Happy no regrets, loving the compliments. Started out weighting 298 now I'm 215. Just want to get to that 100lb loss. Help, advice PLEASE!!!

Peggy1962, I flavor my water. Go back to the basics and the weight will start to fall off. ( protein,water,exercise)
