Hello everyone. I am 11 days out and feeling great. Could anyone give me a name of a good walking shoe? I don't know about you all but I can't wear a lot of tennis shoes for a long period of time....my feet hurt after a while from the weight. Any input is appreciated.

Hi all. I am a week out also, just graduated to full liquid today. Had my first protein drink and felt full for hours...can still taste it too. I lost 15 pounds so far and have no pain issues ( had the gas pain the first 2 days, but that's it). Hope the protein gets more tollerable, but otherwise it's great. Wish everyone well on this journey of ours!
