i had my surg on thurs and went back to work on monday. I used to walk at the park 3 mi and a trainer told me i needed to change because i wasn't seein much progress, again too my doc wasn't doin my fills appropriately. So i started doing the bike, then the elipitcal. My new doc told me to stop the weights and i did, i do light weights for my arms and recently went to ball for abs and arms. But if u think i should try walkin outside again i'll give it a try. My dieting, well i have 7cc in my band and sometimes, well, most times i have issues eating, another thing i don't understand y im not losing a lot!, I can eat a whole smartones lasangna. Most times i don't eat much. I really been thinking alot to day, i do drink a lot of calories though, like tea, powerade, green tea, coke(not many) juice. I don't drink water like i should. I work at nite so(as u can c) so i do have a bad habit of going to the gym after work then going home and eat.
