i work out on average at least 4-5 days a week. i do the eliptical for 35-45 minutes and the treadmill for about 20min. then i do light weights. I don't know what my problem is. I'm a little discouraged right now because i measured and weighted yesterday and my weight loss for 7 weeks was 13# and i lost 2 inches off my waist, 1/2 inch off my neck, 1/4 inch off my r arm, 1 inch off my left arm, 1 inch off both thighs, 1 inch off of chest and nothing off my hips. I really expected more because i've been working really hard! I don't even want to go to the gym anymore. My friend that had it done 1 month after me had mad results and she hadn't been to the gym but maybe 3 times in these 7 weeks! I am very happy for her but what's wrong with me????? Very depressed and upset with myself now.
