Good Afternoon everyone. I'm new to this but I felt it would be a great support system for me. I recently had my surgery 5 weeks ago to be exact, and I have only lost 34 pounds. My head is telling me that's good, but my heart feels like I can do so much better. I take my Vitamins and Calcium chew. The only thing I lack on is my Protein. How can I make the Protein drinks to were I like them? Or do you all have any suggestions on different flavors besides chocolate? I don't want my surgery to go to waste, and Ive been trying to commit to this, because I never stick to anything I set my mind to. I'm 22 and a full time Nursing student. I'm afraid to eat because I feel I'm going to over-eat. So only things I eat are like 2 whole wheat crackers with a little Peanut Butter, yogurt, or jell-o, Do you all have any suggestions for me?
