I'm going to restock my cabinets with broth today. I had my mini melt down yesterday now I'm pulling myself together. Surgery is right around the corner is what I'm telling myself. Thank u, I needed to read this this am.

I'm also having the bypass.. I have severe acid reflux. So the sleeve was out the question Twins for sure. I would love for you to keep me posted on your journey. -

Thank you! I just want to bang my head against the wall. Yes I want to lose weight but I want to have a safe surgery n I want to have the surgery. I've heard many stories of the surgeons not completing due to failure to comply with the pre-op diet. ????????

You hang in there miss lady, you have came so very far. The light is shining at the end of the tunnel. I was frustrated as hell yesterday because my Aunt is doing the liquid diet with me and she has lost 4 more pounds than I have. I'm like ..WTF... But I laid here and came to the conclusion that I lost too so I needed to just focus on myself. Hang in there girl, we dropping these days like flies..lol

I would have loved to do just 7 days. Just fight through the urges and you will do fine. It helps to fine a protein shake that u enjoy. Good luck! -

It's a struggle for sure. Keep it up, you are doing wonderful. I'm right behind you in pre-op days the only difference is I can't eat any meals. The wait is almost over! -

I'm sure that is all normal. It's a major, life changing surgery and a big deal. I'm not as close as you are and I feel the same. I can't imagine how I'll feel 36hrs before. Everything will be okay. Take deep breaths and remember this is for the better.
