Hello, My name is Beckah, I am 23 years old and had my Gastric Sleeve surgery on January 29, 2015. I am Currently 7 weeks out and have lost a total of 50lbs since surgery day! I had my gallbladder out at the same time and am glad I did. I got my weight loss surgery because I needed to do something for me and i needed to take back control of my life and I have tried and failed many times to do it on my own. I still have a lot of questions and I feel bad calling my doctor's office so much so I decided to search the internet and that is how I discovered BariatricPal. I am extremely outgoing and love to make people laugh, I am a medical assistant, and I am heavily involved with my church as a nursery teacher, a youth leader, and I am going to school of ministry to become a pastor.
