You are very welcome. Walmart has powdered broth or cubes in a small glass containers by the soup. Wylers is the brand name. They have beef or chicken and I think it is very good. Worth a try.

Sugar free pudding is perfect and acceptable as a liquid. I still recommend taking small bites and let it liquefy a bit before swallowing. :-)

3 week post-op stall
faith19evans replied to Heybrendacleo's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
@ We had surgery the same day. I have one more week of full fluids. I haven't weighed myself again since my 2 week follow up. From other forums I believe a 3 week stall is normal. How are you doing otherwise? -

You sure can add your protein powder! Best gift ever! I LOVE my Nutri Bullet! Add your liquid, protein powder, or yogurt, or even a few ice chips. Screw on the blades tight so it doesn't leak and blend away! You will love it! :-)

Bariatric Vitamin home delivery good? Or No?

Totally frustrated and don't know what to do
faith19evans replied to yoyolifechange11's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am so sorry...BUT... Your Husband Should Love You NO MATTER WHAT!! I am sure his nagging doesn't help you mentally either and may even cause you to reach for more food. What you decide to do needs to be for YOURSELF 1st! All will fall in line. Find peace within yourself and do what is right for you. I will keep you in my prayers and look forward to a positive update. -
Bariatric Vitamin home delivery good? Or No?
faith19evans replied to Elode's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
These are the vitamins and calcium I was put on. Delivery was great. They are similar to a chewable antacid tablet. A bit chalky yet tolerable. Hope that helps.
