Hi everyone, Has anyone ever had an issue with not being able to get an insurer to cover excess skin removal after your procedure? If so this might be of interest to you. Hi all. I came across this news about a class action trial in California against Kaiser that began this week. Apparently Kaiser won't pay for skin removal surgery for bariatric surgery patients, because they say it is cosmetic. Is this something anyone else has dealt with with their insurer, either inside or outside of California? Link to details about the case is below. It's apparently being video recorded.
