One day post op here! Still super sore but hey, that's what meds are for. Surgery went well as per the surgeon. Currently doing small sips of water and juice than protein shakes when I get home. Also walked the halls twice already and made it like a champ ????

Tomorrow March 24 starts my liquid diet, and my surgery is March 31. It's going to take much will power to get through this liquid diet and I know it won't be easy but it can be done!

Hello all! I just joined the app referred by a friend. My surgery is coming up in two weeks and I couldn't be more excited. I chose to have the sleeve done. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
