Surgery was March 23rd and I'm down 52 since then. 66 since January

Wow. All of you are doing great. As of my 3 month follow up appt last week I had lost 46 lbs since surgery on 3/23 and 61 lbs since January. I have felt like I was losing slowly after looking at other people's numbers but my nut said I was losing faster than most of her bypass patients. I do fairly good with protein as long as I throw in a shake or protein bar. Where I am lacking is the exercise and fluids. With my 2 boys I stay on the go and always find an excuse not to go to the gym. We have been hitting the pool at least once a week though and this week we are getting in lots of walking and pool time on Vacation at a theme park. As far as my fluids, I can't handle plain water anymore. Primarily drink G2, POWERade Zero and unfortunately, coffee.

I love Dr Lucktong. He is kind of quiet but is very straight forward and to the point. I like that in a Dr. Are you talking about Lauren Baker, the NP? If so she is going out on maternity leave.

I am doing great. I haven't had any problems at all. I will be 2 months out on Saturday and I'm down 31 since surgery and 45 from my highest.

My surgery was on March 23, 2015 at Roanoke Memorial in Roanoke, VA. My surgeon was Dr. Lucktong.

I am scheduled to have my sleeve done with Dr. Lucktong next Monday the 23rd. I'm nervous and excited at the same time.
