    hi there, I know how you feel, I started my preop diet yesterday and have to be on it for a month, my op on the 23rd of april,the hardest part for me is the habit part of eating, like I have to keep myself busy away from the kitchen etc on the plus side I have lost 2.5 kgs since yesterday which makes it a bit easier to stick with
