I needed to see this posts tonight. I was banded September 4, 2014. I've lost 25 lbs and then nothing since December. I've been yo-yoing with 5 lbs for the past 3 months. I've decided to go back to pre-op plan of 2 protein shakes a day and 1 balanced healthy meal for a couple of weeks to see if I can't get a jump start. I'm glad to learn that I am not the only one struggling! Thank you for your words of encouragement. We can do this!!
